We are hiring all positions:

Sous Chef: Manage food waste, co-ordering and inventory (with manager); train and manage chef hands; execute and orchestrate delivery of dishes and their presentation; help source locally; keep finger on the pulse of restaurant reviews and current trends; care about animal welfare and sustainability; experience in fine dining and high output kitchens; energetic, positive and solution oriented; Is looking for an atmosphere based on teamwork, sincere communication and interdependence. Sous chef will be trained and directed by owner/manager/creator of menu and receive incentives such as sweat/ghost equity or raises, for goals reached, such as paying off investors and other milestones of the company.

Bartender: Experience bartending and knowledge of all drinks, cocktails, running the bar, and menu; Positive, energetic, professional, honest, flexible and able to learn quickly and multitask/time manage; cares about animal welfare and sustainability; has experience in serving and an understanding of customer service and sales and how to integrate the two; Is looking for an atmosphere based on teamwork, sincere communication and interdependence.  Bartender will be serving the floor as well.

Servers Responsibilities: Positive, energetic, professional, honest, flexible and able to learn quickly and multitask/time manage; cares about animal welfare and sustainability; has experience in serving and an understanding of assessing customer’s expectations, and sales, and how to integrate the two; Is looking for an atmosphere based on teamwork, sincere communication and interdependence. Must have serving it right, and must have a knowledge of wine service, wine pairing and all dishes on the menu and their ingredients (we will provide support and training and also expect you to bring broad skills and keenly learn about the dishes).

Chef hands: Reliable, honest, positive, creative, flexible, willing to learn, and hard-working; Cares about animal welfare and sustainability; Is looking for an atmosphere based on teamwork, sincere communication and interdependence; Must have food safe and some experience in customer service and food prep or restaurants. Our chef hands are part of the guest experience and need to care about the customer service and front of house staff and presentation.  You will work directly and sometimes independently, under the direction of manager and other kitchen staff.  Our chef hands care about sourcing locally, ingredients, presentation, and vegan food.
